Does Trim count macros?

No. Trim tracks energy, weight and gym time. If you need protein and carbs by the gram, another app will suit you better.

Is there a barcode scanner or food database?

No. Type the kilojoules from the label, or describe the food. Quick add learns what you usually have, so repeats take one tap.

How accurate is Describe?

About as accurate as a menu's calorie count: a good estimate, not a lab result. Trim shows what it assumed, and you can change any item before it logs.

How do I switch between kJ and kcal?

Settings, then Unit under Energy. You can also tap the unit while adding an entry.

My gym sessions aren't starting by themselves

Trim needs Location set to Always. Go to iPhone Settings, then Trim, then Location, and choose Always. Check that your gym's saved location and radius cover the building.

How do I cancel Trim Plus?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Trim account doesn't cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles billing, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In Trim, go to Settings, then Delete account. Everything is deleted straight away. The privacy policy has the details.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Trim is iPhone only for now.
